Begin your day with a short transfer from Sapa town to the starting point of your trek. From here, follow a road descending along Cau May Street, offering early morning views of rice terraces drifting in the mist – a truly breathtaking scene.
Your trek continues along a small path crossing the Muong Hoa River, leading you through meticulously tended rice terraces toward the Black H’mong village of Lao Chai. Here, you can observe traditional H’mong homes and daily activities before continuing to Ta Van, a Giay minority village, surrounded by vibrant rice fields.
As you walk further along the Muong Hoa River, you will cross a small suspension bridge. Near this spot is a fascinating collection of ancient rock carvings depicting people, stilt houses, and decorative patterns, offering a glimpse into the spiritual history of the valley. Lunch will be served at a local home in the village.
After lunch, continue your trek through a bamboo forest, arriving at Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao village known for its welcoming atmosphere and colorful traditional attire. Pause by a waterfall to rest and refresh before a short climb to the road, where your driver will be waiting to transfer you back to Sapa.
