We offer several secure and convenient payment options:

• Bank Transfer (Vietcombank or other supported banks)

• OnePay – Secure online payment gateway

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB

• Cash Payments – Accepted at our office

Please note: Bank or card transaction fees may apply and are the responsibility of the payer.

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tour price (plus airfare, if applicable) per person is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to departure.

• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

• Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Up to 21 days prior to departure, you may request up to three amendments free of charge.

Additional amendments will incur a fee of USD 50 per change.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 30 days prior to departure: Deposit is forfeited.

• 30 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total booking cost is non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for unused services (e.g., accommodations, meals, tours, or transport) that are part of your package but not utilized.

If you encounter any difficulties during your trip, or if any service does not meet your expectations, please contact NetAsia Travel immediately so we can provide assistance.

Unless a fully escorted tour has been specifically requested, local guides will be assigned for each destination where a guided service is included in your itinerary.

• Standard hotel check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Standard hotel check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

Flight schedules, hotels, and other services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control. NetAsia Travel will make every effort to minimize disruptions, but we cannot be held responsible for changes imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

NetAsia Travel is not responsible for injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage to personal property resulting from (but not limited to): acts of God, illness, war, civil unrest, strikes, accidents, overbooking, food poisoning, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Any additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, or political unrest are the responsibility of the traveler.

• Travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers. Coverage must include personal accident, death, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation, with a minimum recommended coverage of USD 200,000 per category.

NetAsia Travel may capture photographs during your journey for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the use of such images unless you notify your Tour Leader or Guide at the start of your trip.
